Trade Catalyst does not hold any securities licenses and is not registered with the SEC, FINRA, CFTC, NFA, or any state securities regulatory authority. The platform does not manage money, execute trades, or hold funds on behalf of any user. Past performance of any setup, strategy, trade idea, or track record displayed on Trade Catalyst does not guarantee future results. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trade Catalyst, its owners, operators, employees, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any trading or investment decisions made based on content from the platform; (c) unauthorized access to or alteration of your account or data; (d) any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in any content; or (e) any other matter relating to the platform. In no event shall Trade Catalyst's total liability to you exceed the amount you have paid to Trade Catalyst in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
Trade Catalyst operates on a subscription basis at $299 per month. A 7-day free trial is included for new accounts. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are not provided for partial billing periods. Trade Catalyst reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice to active subscribers.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree not to share your account access with others. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Trade Catalyst reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
All content on Trade Catalyst, including but not limited to setups, analysis, strategies, trade ideas, educational materials, and software, is the intellectual property of Trade Catalyst. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or share this content without written permission. Your subscription grants you a personal, non-transferable license to access the platform for your own educational and trading purposes.
Trade Catalyst reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware.
